Instructor Training is usually done via personal training sessions with an instructor trainer via one-on-one video calls.

STAGE 1: DO THE BUTEYKO COURSE
7 meetings over 6+ weeksThe first stage is to do the Complete Course or Premium Course preferably with a senior instructor. Doing the full webinar or workshop programs also qualifies you to start the Instructor Training Program. We offer a discount when signing up for both the Complete Course and the Instructor Training Program simultaneously. Stage 1 is really to learn the practice yourself and learning what works best for you. Stage 1 is technically seperate from the rest of the instructor training program, but is a requirement before starting stage 2 of the instructor training program. -
STAGE 2: STUDY THE THEORY
3 meetings over 6 weeksStudy the instructor training resources: manuals, presentations, apps and website resources. We'll go over the content and answer questions in detail, especially focusing on how to customize the approach for each student, depending on the unique health and fitness profile of the student. There are various Buteyko techniques and exercises which may be used and you will learn how to select the best or most suitable approach for each student. We'll help you develop a bird's-eye view and see the larger picture of Buteyko training. -
STAGE 3: TEACH YOUR FIRST CLIENTS
3 meetings over 6+ weeksTeach your first two individual clients with our support and supervision. This is your first practical application of the Buteyko Method with real clients and we'll personally guide you through the process.

STAGE 4: TEACH THE WORKSHOP (OPTIONAL)
Flexible: 2+ meetings over 4 to 8 weeksTeach the complete workshop program to a small group (ideally 5 participants) with our support and supervision. Again we will guide you through the process of organizing and teaching the workshop. This stage is optional but highly recommended.

Ongoing continuous supportWe provide continuous ongoing mentorship to our Buteyko instructors. Whenever an instructor has questions or needs some advice, we are ready to assist.

What's unique about this Instructor Training course?
Our Instructor Training course is in the specialist Stalmatski Lineage of Buteyko Breathing. We use the Progressive Training System which contains various a large variety of both soft and strong exercises. Other lineages only use the Simplified Training System limited to a smaller selection of only soft exercises.
Our Buteyko course has a very practical focus. We teach our course participants various styles of Buteyko Breathing exercises which are suitable and effective for them. Relevant theory is discussed and explained as well, as long as there is a clear practical use and application for the theory.
In our course we teach 53 Buteyko exercise levels, which are included in our app. We have a large variety of levels, both seated and walking, introductory and advanced levels, smooth and strong levels, aiming for relaxation or a good challenge, done with complete focus or while multitasking, etc.
We customize the exercises in a way that works best for the client. Each client goes through the program in a custom way, optimized for their situation.
Do you offer Instructor Training as a group course?

Anyone who completed the Complete Course or Premium Course, or the complete webinar program or complete workshop program (including the upgrade).
Can beginners signup?
Yes. The course is suitable both for complete beginners and for people who have prior experience with Buteyko or other breathing programs. If you are a complete beginner you may signup for both the Instructor Training Course and the Complete Course with a 233 USD discount.
Are there any course materials?
Yes, as you proceed through the instructor course you'll receive the course materials, which include spoken audio instructions, the course manual, the instructor manual and various instructor training presentations.
