DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You may initiate the deletion of your account with all associated data from within the account page of the Buteyko Pro app. We'll then send you an email with a confirmation link. Click on the confirmation link to delete your account with all associated data.

All data associated with your account will be deleted:
- Name, email, telephone, address, health and fitness data.
- Account address on voice & video communication apps (such as Whatsapp, Skype, Factime, Zoom).
- Breathing exercise data (dates, times, types of breathing exercise session, breathing data, remarks saved).

Data that is kept: no data associated with your account is kept. We do keep non-personally-identifiable data regarding the performance of the app (diagnostics, crash logs, etc.), and purchase and invoice records held separately for tax and accounting purposes, which we retain for up to 7 years. These records are not part of your user account and are not used to identify you as a user of the app or website.

STEP 3: Press the "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" button:

STEP 4: We'll then send you an email with a confirmation link.
If you don't see our email, do check your spam folder in case our email ended up there.

STEP 5: Click the link to confirm your account deletion.

Free accounts will be deleted immediately, along with all associated data. Accounts which were used to do a course with a personal instructor will need to also confirm their request by sending an email to our support team (at the email shown on our contact page). We will then delete your account manually within 30 days.
